- Problem could arise if you have allergies. If your airways and nose are closed it could exert pressure on your breathing which would lead to snoring as air has to rush to the restricted path. You have to find a way to treat these allergies to get over the problem.
- If you smoke, you have to get over the habit. There are other serious reasons to quit smoking no doubt but breathing problem can occur for a smoker with snoring as a result.
- Try to develop good sleeping habits. Create a night time routine to prepare you to go to bed at the same time. Also do not drink alcohol or caffeine or eat large meals before going to bed. You would also do better to keep away from dairy products around this time.
